Gelatoni, Tokyo Disney Sea
Tokyo DisneySea mascot Duffy the Bear has been a popular toys around the park. His newest friend is Gelatoni, a boy cat with bright eyes, a long tail, and blue beret who loves to paint. Gelatoni will be Duffy’s first new friend in four years, after the introduction of Shellie May in 2010. He was launched on July 4 & available only in three stores within the DisneySea theme park.
Tokyo Banana cake
A popular local sweet called Tokyo Banana sold here in the Tokyo. They’re cute, yellow, banana-shaped sponge cakes with banana custard cream filling inside. The cakes are a well-loved treat in Japan & not only do they come in a different flavor from the regular cakes, they also has beautiful colorful prints.
The Bamboo Grove of Arashiyama
Apart from its temples, Arashiyama is also famous for its extensive grove of bamboo, which lies just to the north of Tenryū-ji Temple.The forest has a one to two kilometer trail, that takes visitors through some amazing bamboo. The bamboo has been used to manufacture various products, such as baskets, cups, boxes and mats at local workshops for centuries.
Huis Ten Bosch, Nagasaki
Huis Ten Bosch is a theme park in Nagasaki Prefecture which recreates a Dutch town. The spacious resort is suffused with a European atmosphere with its picturesque canals, iconic windmills, beautiful gardens and architecture. Seasonal flowers further enhance the attractiveness of the scenery. Water cake, Yamanashi Pref.
This mizu shingen mochi (water cake) from famous Kinseiken store in Hokuto City is transparent and delightfully soft! The water cake jelly is made of water from a renowned water source in the Southern Japanese Alps, and has a pleasant natural sweetness. Add in the richness of soybean powder and brown sugar syrup it goes down incredibly smooth & the taste is really amazing.
