You’ll find udon shops almost everywhere In Kagawa Prefecture — at airports, in front of train stations and numerous well-liked places. Udon noodle is the “soul food” of Kagawa pref. There are approximately 800 noodle shops in the prefecture, and some of them are so popular that there’s always a long waiting line.
