Mt Fuji from Mishima
If you travel Japan with the bullet-train this is a good view of the Mt Fuji that you might possibly capture during your journey riding the Tokaido Shinkansen. This view is capture from the portion of Maibara station towards Mishima station.
Eihenji Temple, Autumn
Eihenji Temple is located approximately 16 kilometers southeast of Fukui city. A very serene & quiet temple surrounded by old trees, some of which are said to be about 680 years old. The stillness and quietness of the temple makes it an ideal and perfect place for trainee monks. Survived through a number of disasters and wars in its 700-year history.
Otaru Canal, winter season
Otaru Canal can be said to be the symbol of Otaru. Built in the year of 1923 and is a famous sightseeing spot in Otaru. In the evening the store houses along the canal will be lighted up & 63 old fashioned gas lamps are lit and provide a romantic atmosphere. The canal also serves as the main site of the town’s Snow Light Path Festival which will be held in February each year.
Yomiuri Land
Yomiuri Land is one of the Japanese amusement park near Tokyo that offers about 30 types of attractions. Jewellumination is the new event at night in Yomiuri Land focusing in jewels, with a total of 3 million colourful LEDs set up throughout the vast area. There will be a popular fountain light show that you will not miss too. The event will on until Feb 15th, 2015.
Kyoto Tower
Kyoto Tower is one of the modern landmarks in a city filled with ancient temples. The structure weighs 800 tons, and it sits atop a nine story building. The tower is designed to resemble a traditional Japanese candle & offer great views of the city.
