Ueno Zoo

We finally arrived at our destination, Uemo Doubutsuen or a zoo in Ueno city. It is well-known for a giant panda, Lee Lee which looked happy when we were there. Lee Lee smiled at me. Did I imagine it?

I went to Urno doubutsuean (a zoo in Ueno city). On the way to the zoo from station, there is a row of cherry blossom trees.
Cherry blossoms started to blossom earlier this year. Now, they are in full bloom.

Solar panel technology

Solar systems

I uploaded about rapid progress in diffusion of the solar panels. It is not only for a residence, but also a solar power plant which is called “a mega solar power plant.” We have it in my home. As shown in the pictures, it is a magnificent view. When we have fine weather, it provides electricity for over 200 residences. Near-future solar panel technology will provide electricity all over the world.

Solar panels

Solar Panel

Solar panels spread even faster than before in Japan, especially after the Tohoku earthquake in 2011. As the government is giving a subsidy for solar power generation systems, there will be even more reasons for people to buy them. Since Japan faces the growing possibility of radiation leaks from the Fukushima nuclear power plant which was damaged by the earthquake on March 11, 2011. It abandoned a nuclear power plant in eastern Japan. There is only one nuclear power plant in western Japan. We need actively to promote the spread of the technology throughout society.

Books Vending Machine

Books Vending Machine

I found a books vending machine which I never seen it before. You can buy paperback books and comics are sold in this vending machine, and they are for the same price as inside the convenience store which is open 24/7. For people who don’t live near a convenience store, vending machines are extremely convenient. But, vending machines are in front of the convenience store. I have no idea who would buy a book from the vending machine. Will you??
