Even though some cities banned smoking while walking on the street, many Japanese still do.<br \/>\nWe brought ideas to the table, and this is what we came up with to prevent from littering cigarette butts and keep our parks clean.<br \/>\nThese empty cans are used as ashtrays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Recently, I see empty cans on the sidewalk in my neighborhood.
