Sapporo TV Tower
Located on the eastern edge of Odori Park, the Sapporo TV Tower offers a 360° view of Sapporo which divides central Sapporo into northern and southern zones. From the observation deck, which is approximately 90 meters above ground, you can enjoy beautiful seasonal views of Odori Park. When the sky is clear, you can also see as far as Ishikari Plain and the Sea of Japan.
Blue pond, Hokkaido
The Blue Pond is located in the southeast of the town of Biei in Hokkaido, Japan. The pond gets its name from the unnaturally bright blue hue of its water & is attributed to the presence of aluminum hydroxide in the water. The color of the pond also changes depending on what angle you look at it from and even at different times of the day. It has an ethereal and enchanting appearance.
Hokuriku Shinkansen
The Hokuriku Shinkansen began service in 1997 in advance of the Nagano Olympics. From Tokyo, it ascends steeply and crosses Usui Pass before arriving in Karuizawa, a resort area with history. Starting in March 2015, the Nagano Shinkansen line will have a new extension providing service to Kanazawa from Tokyo in just 2.5 hours! Tokyo Tower
“Let’s climb the Tokyo Tower using the stairs.” The Tokyo Tower has opened the “climbing stairs” that lead to the Main Observatory only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Using this special course, you can climb the Tokyo Tower using the external staircase with about 600 steps while enjoying the views in the open air. If you utilize the stair course, you will receive a “Noppon certified climbing stair certificate.” So let’s challenge on the “climbing stairs” course.
Kyoto Tower
The “candle- lit of Kyoto” –Kyoto Tower shaped according to the Japanese candle. It stands above a 9 level of Kyoto Tower Hotel. The 131 meter structure itself, built to withstand strong wind and earthquake. On a clear day you should be able to see almost all Kyoto from the observatory deck.
