Ramen Trend in Japan Now

Love ramen? Do you know there are so many styles of ramen to taste in Japan which are beyond cup ramens or ramen soups. I am not discouraging the power of Cup Ramen or Ramen soup which Japan has so many variety of food products which I am going to talk about this subject another time.

The trend of ramen style in Japan is called ‘Tsuke men” which is relatively thick noodle with dipping sauce. Please explore your food selections from various menu items when you come to Japan. You don’t lose it!
