Sail Training Ship Nippon Maru Yokohama Port Museum
Sail Training Ship Nippon Maru Yokohama Port Museum is themed on the history of the Yokohama port and its relationship to people’s daily lives. The exhibits demonstrate the 150 years of history of the port since its opening as well as its functions and efforts. The Nippon Maru was launched in 1930 and continued its role as a navigation training ship until 1984. It is now anchored and preserved here.
