Sapporo New Tram
This new type of streetcar running in Sapporo city is designed to work in harmony with the atmosphere of the city, a transparent design gives it the feeling of open space, and it is made in part with wood from Hokkaido. The body of the tram is 17 meters long,the frame sits about 50 centimeters lower than traditional streetcars and there are no barriers in the door frame, making it easier for passengers to get on and off.
