Zojo-ji , Tokyo
The main gate of Zojo-ji was built in 1622. It is the family temple of the Tokugawa clan. Zojo-ji is a really picturesque place that it is surrounded by trees and with Tokyo Tower and the Atago Green Hills skyscraper nearby you get a nice feeling as you move from the busy outside world into something more peaceful. The temple is also very close to the Tokyo Prince Hotel.
