Emperor celebrates 80th birthday
Thousands of people thronged the Imperial Palace to celebrate Emperor Akihito’s 80th birthday. Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako walk behind Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko to greet well-wishers at the Imperial Palace today.
