itinerary. This tour gives you a sampling of all
that Japan has to offer,
from unique locales to “must see” tourist
attractions in Tokyo and
Kyoto
. This is the reverse itinerary,
beginning with Osaka
for it's
Osaka Castle.
Spend
two days
in the ancient city of
Kyoto, where you will have
exclusive access to the city’s gardens, temples,
shrines, and specialty shops. On our Autumn
itinerary, we will also visit
Arashiyama
for its famous Togetsu Bridge and bamboo
groves, and enjoy views of the
valley from the Sagano Romantic
Train. You’ll also get the
opportunity to experience a green tea ceremony
and watch a kimono fashion
show. We will take you visit
Nara,
where you will be inspired by the intricate
architecture and towering
monuments, including the Great Buddha statue, and
you’ll understand why
this city is considered the birthplace of Buddhism
in Japan. Visit the
Iga Ueno Ninja
Museum and the Toyota Kaikan
Museum, you will see demonstrations
of concept cars that have not yet been developed
for street use.
Then hop on a bullet train
to Atami, stay at
a ryokan (traditional inn), where you can unwind
in the hot
springs (onsen) and dine on gourmet
kaiseki cuisine. Spend a day at Hakone
and Mt. Fuji.
Enjoy a guided tour in Tokyo. Visit
Tokyo
’s cultural landmarks, fashionable
neighborhoods, diverse shopping districts.
Explore world famous attractions like Tokyo Tower
