blossoms around Japan. Gardens abound with

varieties of flowering
cherry trees and are usually filled with Japanese
families enjoying a picnic
under falling petals. On this tour we will take
you to gardens and parks
known to be the best places to view cherry
blossoms.
Whether you're a seasoned traveler or a first time
visitor to Japan, we
recommend "The Golden Route" itinerary,
our most popular tour.
This is the reverse itinerary, beginning with
Osaka, where
you'll visit Osaka
Castle. Over 4000 cherry
trees are planted on the spacious grounds of Osaka Castle,
one of Osaka
's most popular hanami spot. We will then take
you visit Nara.
Here, you will be inspired by the intricate
architecture and towering
monuments, including the Great Buddha statue, and
you'll understand why
this city is considered the birthplace of Buddhism
in Japan. Spend two
days in the ancient city of Kyoto,
where you will have exclusive access to the city's
gardens, temples,
shrine, and specialty shops. The gardens and
temples in Kyoto
that you will visit have been chosen because of
their reputation as the
"best places to view cherry blossoms."
You'll also get the opportunity
to experience a green tea ceremony
, taste sake and watch a kimono fashion
show.
Visit the Toyota
Kaikan Museum, you will see demonstrations
of concept cars that have not yet been developed
for street use. Then hop on a Shinkansen (bullet
train) to Atami, stay at a
ryokan (traditional inn), where you can unwind in
the hot
springs (onsen) and dine on gourmet
kaiseki cuisine. Spend a day at Hakone
and Mt. Fuji
. Enjoy a guided tour in Tokyo.
Visit Tokyo's
cultural landmarks, fashionable neighborhoods,
diverse shopping districts,
and of course the best places for cherry blossom
viewing. Explore world
famous attractions like Tokyo Tower
, the Imperial Palace
